Welcome to Pashloom! We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfying. If you need to return or exchange any item purchased on our platform, here's what you need to know:

Return Period:

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Seal Tags must remain attached and intact with the product.

Return Options:

  1. Pick up: We offer free pick-up services in most locations. You will see a pick-up option when you submit a return request.
  2. Self-Ship: If pick-up is not available in your location, you can self-ship the item. We'll credit the shipping costs to you in the form of store credits, provided the product meets our return policy, and you share a scan copy of the courier receipt with us. If you are shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Initiate Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@pashloom.in within 10 days of receiving your order.
  4. Return Item: After receiving approval for your refund request, you may proceed to return the item to us. You can choose either our pick-up service (where available) or self-ship the item.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.
  6. Refund Initiation: If the item passes inspection, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  7. Refund Notification: You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
