At Pashloom™, we stand behind every product we sell. We're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Exchange Period: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Defective/Damaged Items: 30 days from the date of delivery (manufacturing defects only)
Note: The return/exchange period begins on the date you receive the item, not the order date.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unused & Unworn: The item must not have been worn, washed, or used in any way
- Original Condition: No stains, marks, odors, or damage to the fabric
- All Tags Intact: Original labels, security tags, and packaging must be completely intact
- Original Packaging: Item must be in the original box/packaging with all contents included
- Invoice/Receipt: Proof of purchase from Pashloom™ website (www.pashloom.in)
Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers
4. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
- Contact support@pashloom.in within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will verify and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method

Step 3: Pack & Ship
- Pack securely in original packaging
- Include your Return Authorization Number
- For self-ship: Include proof of delivery
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
- Inspection takes 3–5 business days
- You'll be notified by email
- Refund initiated immediately upon approval
5. Refund Details
Refund Method
- Original Payment Method (Primary): Refunded to your original card/bank/UPI
- Store Credit (Optional): Choose store credit instead for future purchases
Refund Amount
- Full purchase price + original shipping (if charged) + return shipping (up to ₹100, in case of self shipping)
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 3–5 business days
- Processing: 3–7 business days
- Bank credit: 3–5 business days
Total: 10–15 business days average
6. Exchanges
- Same process as returns, but receive a replacement item instead
- If replacement costs more: you pay the difference
7. Defective or Damaged Items (30-Day Guarantee)
- Covers: Stitching defects, fabric tears, color bleeding, manufacturing flaws
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Process: Send photos to support@pashloom.in. We arrange free pickup and send replacement or refund
8. When We Cannot Accept Returns
- Return period expired (exceeds 30 days)
- Item shows signs of wear or washing
- Tags removed or altered
- Packaging damaged beyond repair
- Item marked as Final Sale
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I return if I've tried it on?
A: No. Items must be completely unused and unworn. Even trying on without tags removed makes it ineligible.
Q: What if I don't use free pickup?
A: Self-ship using any courier. Keep your receipt—we'll reimburse up to ₹100 after inspection.
Q: How long does the full refund process take?
A: Inspection (3–5 days) + processing (3–7 days) + bank (3–5 days) = 10–15 business days total.
Q: What if the item has a defect?
A: Our 30-day defect guarantee covers manufacturing issues. Email photos to support@pashloom.in—free replacement or refund.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size/color?
A: Yes, within 30 days. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If less, we refund the difference.
Legal & Compliance
- This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and RBI e-commerce guidelines
- Customers may lodge complaints with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
