Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes — COD is available on all orders across India. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment required.
Q: Can I pay via UPI?
Yes. We accept all UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any other UPI-enabled app. Simply select UPI at checkout and complete the payment from your preferred app.
Q: Is online payment safe on pashloom.in?
Yes — completely safe. All payments on pashloom.in are processed through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway trusted by thousands of Indian businesses. Your card details and banking information are never stored on our servers.
Q: Can I get a GST invoice?
For B2C customers (individual buyers), a standard order invoice is automatically generated and included with every delivery.
For B2B customers (businesses requiring a GST invoice for accounting or input tax credit), please contact us before placing your order:

Q: Will I receive an order invoice with my delivery?
Yes — every Pashloom order includes an invoice with your delivery.
One exception: if you are sending a gift and do not want the price or invoice included in the package, simply WhatsApp us at +91 96504 59515 after placing your order. We will ship the gift without any price tag or invoice — so the recipient only experiences the joy of the gift, not the cost.
