Placing an order with Pashloom is simple — online, WhatsApp, or phone.
Q: How do I place an order on pashloom.in?
Ordering on pashloom.in takes less than 2 minutes:
- Browse the collection and select your product
- Choose your color and click Add to Cart
- Go to Checkout and enter your delivery address
- Select your payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery
- Confirm your order — you will receive an order confirmation on your email and phone
Your order is placed. We will dispatch within 1–2 business days and share tracking details via SMS and email.
Q: Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp ordering is available and many of our customers prefer it, especially for gifting and bulk orders where they want personal guidance before purchasing.
How it works:

- Our team will confirm availability, color options, and pricing
- We share our UPI details — you transfer the amount directly
- We confirm receipt and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days
WhatsApp ordering is especially useful if you want product advice, are ordering for gifting, or need help choosing between fabrics or price points.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes — call us directly at +91 96504 59515 and our team will help you place your order. Tell us what you are looking for — product type, budget, occasion, or color preference — and we will guide you to the right pick. Payment is via UPI transfer after order confirmation. We are available Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest on pashloom.in without creating an account. However, creating an account has a few advantages: you can track your orders easily, view your order history, and check out faster on future purchases. Creating an account takes under a minute and requires only your email address.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — order modifications are possible as long as your order has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to change the product, color, size, or delivery address:

Once an order has been dispatched and is with the courier, modifications are no longer possible. In that case, you can use our 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order:

If payment was made online, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. If you placed a COD order, simply inform us and we will cancel before dispatch at no cost to you. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you can return the product within 30 days of delivery under our return policy.
Q: Can I place a bulk order?
Yes — Pashloom accepts bulk orders for corporate gifting, wedding gifting, events, and wholesale. There is no minimum quantity. Volume-based discounts are available depending on order size and product selection.
