6. Delivery Address & Changes

Address Requirements

       Must be a valid address within India

       Should include: Complete address, city, state, postal code, phone number

       Landmark or floor details are helpful for faster delivery

 

Changing Your Delivery Address

       Before Dispatch: You can change the address anytime before dispatch. Contact support@pashloom.in immediately.

       After Dispatch: Address changes may not be possible. We'll attempt to redirect if the carrier allows. Contact support@pashloom.in with your tracking number.

 

7. What's Covered in Shipping

       Safe, secure packaging with bubble wrap or protective material

       Tracking number for real-time visibility

       Basic transit insurance for loss or damage

       Delivery to your specified address

 

What's NOT Covered

       Damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery

       Theft after delivery (if left unattended at premises)

       Loss of package if address is incorrect or incomplete

 

8. Shipping Issues & Resolution

Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

       Check your tracking number first

       Wait 1–2 additional days (carriers often encounter delays during peak seasons)

       If still not delivered after 10 days from dispatch, contact support@pashloom.in with your order number and tracking ID

       We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution (refund or reshipment)

 

Damaged or Defective Package

If your package arrives damaged:

       Document the damage with photos (packaging + contents)

       Contact support@pashloom.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos

       Do not discard the package or damaged items

       We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost

 

Package Not Received

If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

       Check with neighbours or family members

       Ask the delivery agent if it was left at a safe location

       Contact our team within 2 days of delivery date with tracking number

       We'll work with the courier to locate the package or arrange a replacement

 

9. Special Circumstances

Festival & Holiday Seasons

       During Diwali, Christmas, and other peak seasons, shipping may be delayed by 1–3 days

       We'll notify you in advance if delays are expected

 

Restricted Shipping Locations

       Certain remote areas may take longer (7–10+ days)

       Some areas may not have shipping available.

 

10. Order Cancellation During Shipping

       Before Dispatch: You can cancel freely within 2 hours of order. Full refund in 2–3 business days.

       After Dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. You must accept delivery and initiate a return instead (see Return Policy).
